２０１９年度年次総会・懇親会のご案内

 

拝啓　初夏の候 皆様ますますご健勝のこととお慶び申し上げます。

平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。

さて、２０１８年度活動のご報告、並びに２０１９年度活動のご案内の場として、

２０１９年度年次総会及び懇親会を下記の通り開催いたします。

時節柄ご多忙中の事と存じますが、多数のご参加を心よりお待ち申し上げております。

◎会費：     会員 9,000円、非会員 11,000円、米国人学生　3,000円

 

参加お申込みは、７月１６日（火）迄に下記にご記入の上、ファックスかEmailでご返送下さい。尚、参加費お振込につきましては、お手数ですが、年度決算の都合上、７月１日（月）以降～７月１８日（木）迄に下記口座へお振込み下さい。

2019 Annual General Meeting and the Reception

 

I am pleased to announce that we will hold 2019 Annual General Meeting on Friday, July 26^th, 2019 at RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka.  Among agendas to be discussed are reports on the activities that took place during the fiscal year of 2018 and event proposals for the fiscal year of 2019.

 

Following the Meeting we will have a reception for getting to know with new members, mingling with the old faces and catching up with latest news.

 

I look forward to your participation and seeing you at the event.
